Uninstalling ColdFusion MX

Uninstalling ColdFusion MX from Windows

Uninstalling ColdFusion MX deletes all program files and related components from your computer.

To uninstall ColdFusion MX from Windows:

Select Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > ColdFusion MX.
Click Remove, then Next.
A dialog box displays to confirm that you want to uninstall.
To begin uninstalling, click Yes.
When the program completes, restart your computer.

ColdFusion MX is deleted from your server.

Uninstalling ColdFusion MX from UNIX

Uninstalling ColdFusion MX deletes all program files and related components from your computer.

To uninstall ColdFusion MX from UNIX:

Log in as root.
Enter the following command to go to the cf_root/uninstall directory:
```
cd cf_root/uninstall
```
Enter the following command:
```
./uninstall.sh
```

ColdFusion MX is deleted from your server.
